Intentional time spent in nature benefits our mental and emotional health by reducing stress and anxiety and improving mood. Led in partnership with Nature Worx, we will take a saunter around the Liriodendron grounds and discover ways to connect with nature using all of our senses.  We will explore several natural elements that are available to us as resources and allies to help us manage the challenges that we face in our daily lives. Participants will learn simple ways to mindfully access the healing properties of the natural world anytime and anywhere outdoors.

We will have two sessions – one for all ages, and one just for adults.

Event is free, but reservations are required. Appropriate for all ages. Some light hiking is required. Please wear appropriate footwear and clothing. Event will happen rain or shine.
