The Liriodendron Foundation is thrilled to welcome SONiA disappear fear back to its Music at the Mansion concert series! The award-winning artist will play a free livestream concert on Sunday, May 2 from 7 to 8 pm on Zoom and Facebook.

Throughout the 1990s, SONiA disappear fear was widely recognized as one of the most dynamic bands in folk-rock, touring and releasing 5 acclaimed albums and winning over fans with her energetic conscience-driven music. Now with 21 albums out, SONiA will share with our audience what she has always done best: powerful songs that challenge injustice, performed with passion and hope.

A world-class composer and artist, SONiA is the recipient of multiple awards, including the Coin of Honor from a joint coalition of United States military for her humanitarian efforts, the GLAMA (Gay and Lesbian Music Awards) for Female Artist of the year and the GLAAD (Gay and Lesbian American Anti Defamation) Award for Best Album. Her songs span multiple languages, cultures, and genres. From the Opera House in Sydney to the bomb shelters in the Middle East to the Kerrville Folk Festival, SONiA has shared stages and studios with many of her heroes including Bruce Springsteen, Pete Seeger, Joan Baez, Nickel Creek, Green Day, Emmylou Harris, Sheryl Crow, Lucinda Williams, Joan Jett, and many more.

We are thrilled to have SONiA return to the virtual Music at the Mansion stage!  This is a show you don’t want to miss.
