Mixed level Yoga (Basic knowledge of yoga poses required) begins May 4th, and runs for Six weeks every Wednesday 6pm-7:15pm. Meditation & comprehensive instruction begins May 2nd, and runs for Four weeks every Monday 6pm-7pm. Both sessions are $63 per person.
